Bridey is a pioneering business leader addressing old marketing problems in new ways - from the Marc Jacobs Tweet Shop, to the Chloé Instagram Window, a 100k influencer network programme for Amazon Fashion to covering Fashion Week for Bally, dunhill, Revlon and St Tropez. Bridey was 27 when she launched Cult with partner in crime Cat Turner. Astute, sharp, with a laser-vision, Bridey has driven the business from a team of over 40 across London and NYC and a turnover of $8m in 2019. In the summer of 2018 she and Cat opened an office in Brooklyn and this continues to drive revenue for the business with over 70% of their revenue now sitting outside of the UK.

She is the strategic mind behind the business and fosters a learning culture with her team and clients alike. In 2019 her influencer strategy for Amazon Fashion US attributed a record uplift of associated sales accounting for $80m, in the same year she also introduced an industry-first social drop-model for Marc Jacobs which generated a sales uplift of 252% YOY. 2020 will see her launch Cult Futures, their new insight and incubation program, with her Head of Strategy Charlotte Bunyan and Futurist Lucie Greene.
